Abstract

Company image is the overall impression that is formed in the minds of the community about the company. The image relates to the quality of communication made by every employee who interacts with the organization's clients. Thus, aspects of the facilities owned by the company, and services delivered by employees to consumers can affect consumer perceptions of the product. Every company already has an image and a strong impression of the goods or services produced in the minds of consumers. Image is one of the most important assets of a company or organization which should be continuously built and maintained. A good image is a powerful tool, not only to attract consumers in choosing a product or company but also to improve customer attitude and satisfaction towards the company. In essence, the company image is building customer perception. Image is one of the most important assets of a company or organization which should be continuously built and maintained. A good image is a powerful tool, not only to attract consumers in choosing a product or company but also to improve customer attitude and satisfaction towards the company. Psychological perceptions or impressions are based on information about PDAM performance and experiences of PDAM customers. Building an image is carried out by improving and enhancing performance by all levels, from directors to technical field officers by utilizing all resources to support the smooth running of operational activities.
