Abstract

The background based observations in the field on this research is the less optimal learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA 1 SMAN 1 Kampar Utara in class X MIPA 1 North Kampar. It is suspected that the low eye-hand coordination by class X MIPA 1 students at SMAN 1 Kampar Utara background to this research problem. The purpose of this study was to find out how much contribution the eye�hand coordination made to the learning outcomes of underpassing volleyball for students in class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara. This research method is correlational research. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara in May 2023. The research sample was all students of class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara, totaling 23 people. To measure eye-hand coordination using a throwing test at the target, while the outcomes of underpassing using underpassing test for 1 minute. The result of this research is eye-hand coordination contributes to the learning outcomes of volleyball underhand passing by 0.892. Thus the results of this study can be concluded that eye-hand coordination contributes significantly to the learning outcomes of lower passing students in class X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Kampar Utara.
