Abstract

DM is a disease characterized by increased blood sugar levels that are higher than the normal limit, namely blood sugar levels when ≥ 200 mg/dl which occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion. Management Based on the results of observations of real conditions in the field, it can be seen that diabetes mellitus patients have problems with unstable blood sugar levels. Management to overcome unstable blood sugar levels is diabetes exercise therapy. The results of this research showed that Mrs. small ±8 times a day, especially at night, gets tired easily, rarely does exercise or activity, KGD: 258 mg/dl. The nursing diagnosis that emerged for Mrs. E was instability in blood glucose levels related to insulin resistance. The nursing intervention given to Mrs. E was diabetes exercise therapy. Nursing implementation is carried out in accordance with the interventions that have been prepared, namely providing diabetes exercise therapy until the problem of unstable blood glucose levels is resolved
