Mr B was hospitalised with DM disease and blood sugar levels reaching 400 mg/dl. The patient said he did not know how to take care of lowering blood sugar levels using flute music therapy nursing interventions. The purpose of this ners scientific work is to get an overview of nursing care by providing flute music therapy. This study uses direct observation method in reviewing, analysing data, and diagnosing, patients suffering from Diabetes Mellitus with one respondent, conducted in Tambang Village. The results of this nursing care obtained a decrease in blood sugar levels from 184 mg/dL to 140mg/dL. This shows that flute music therapy can reduce blood sugar levels in Diabetes Mellitus. It is hoped that patients can apply flute music therapy regularly in the hope that blood sugar levels will decrease
