Abstract
Performance is the level of achievement of the implementation of specific tasks. Some variables related to the performance is the head of the managerial functions of the room. Regional General Hospital (Hospital) Bangkinang the Kampar government-owned hospitals where the hospital stood since the Dutch East Indies and inaugurated a government hospital in 1979. Since 1981, hospitals Bangkinang only classified as Type-D hospital. In accordance with the development needs of the service, on June 5, 1996, by decree of the Minister of Health No. 551 / Menkes / SK / VI / 1996 on Improving Classroom Hospital Bangkinang Owned Regency of Kampar, then hospitals Bangkinang recognized as a hospital are classified as type C , Results Interview with the Head of Nursing structurally care units already under field but all need care units completed by the field of nursing. According to the head space of existing organizational structure has not been effective to improve service performance. The field of nursing in the receiving power is only given by the civil service, consideration of the qualifications required there. If there are problems the solution is to optimize the existing power. Care field are not involved in the process of recruitment, selection. This research is descriptive with Cros-sectional design that aims to know the relationship implementation of managerial functions head room with the performance of nurses in hospitals Bangkinang. Sample of this research is all nurses who met the inclusion criteria as much as 64 nurses there diruang interne, surgical, VIP, child perinatology, while the method of data collection using the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analyzes. The results showed no relationship between the function of monitoring the performance of nurses in hospitals Bangkinang, the most dominant factor related to the performance of nurses is the head of the supervisory function rooms in hospitals Bangkinang. The advice given is to increase managerial functions primarily functions related to the performance of nurses that the supervisory function according to standards that have been set.
